How can I import the finished models and animations into unity? I tried to export FBX format using blender, but I lost my action in unity.

I like the multi-terminal release of unity, but I consulted the relevant information in the forum. I opened it directly in unity with. blend file, and I could use animation but couldn’t continue editing it. However, after exporting fbx through blender, there was a problem of animation loss.
