is there a way how to completely hide processes?
Those are products, and their (dynamic) components are visible by default unless they are attached to some hidden component. When being transported using e.g. interpolation transport, they are attached to the world.
The Cell Graph panel does not show dynamic components and to make them hidden you would likely need to use scripting.
