Hi @chungmin,
I don’t see the component on my eCat’s Robot Tools → Visual Components Library. Is it already on the 4.9 library? (I am using Premium 4.9, with Legacy Libraries of 4.7 and 4.8 active)
Probably your eCat sync hasn’t been run or is not working. You’ll need to run VC via launcher or run UpdateWebCat.exe directly, let it do its thing and then check the log file for errors.
The log file is log-file-VisualComponents.eCatalogue.UpdateWebCat.txt in
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Visual Components\Visual Components VERSION\Logs\

But, how can I do any of those options? How to run VC via launcher, or where do I find UpdateWebCat.exe?
I refreshed the eCat directly from the GUI in the software (eCat → Edit Sources → Refresh) But it’s still the same.

You could try to delete eCat local folder, let VC download again
Just go to your VC install folder in Program Files\Visual Components and find the .exe files from there.
