New manufacturer Flowsort has been added in 5.0 eCatalog. The components are available in Conveyors category.
For now, there are 9 components:
-Single-line diverters (SLD)
-Double-line diverters (DLD)
-Crossing module X-Flow 90
The X-Flow 90 module can be attached on a roll conveyor at any point using PnP.
The SLD and DLD wheel diverters are modelled a little differently: they must be attached to start/end of conveyors, even though in real life they can be installed between rollers. Adjust ConveyorEndOffset/ConveyorStartOffset parameters of the roll conveyors to install the diverter seemingly between rollers.
All components support both routing rule and signal control. Signal control allows for example using separate sensors in specific positions to trigger the turning motion earlier, or customizing the routing logic in other ways to simulate with better realism.
All components have been modelled using the 5.0 new Motion Controller to replace servo controllers.
