Detect frame owner node

hi，
I try use the method “detectFrameOwnerNode” of vcApplication to find a node.The position matrix is even exactly the same, and the tolerance is given to 100,I thought there was at least one node in that space,but I found nothing.I don’t konw why.
The Python script is in a component called “Block Geo”.
