Crashes Visual Components

On different computers (5 in total), Visual components crashes when a robot picks a part and starts rotating. On all the computers, Visual components has recently been installed (no earlier versions, current version VC4.1) and 4 of these computers are new, with only visual components installed. During the crash, the model freezes and visual components is closed without notification. This happens with different models, so it’s not computer or model related.

No information is available in the log-files. Only the windows event viewer shows the following errors:

Hello Mschamp,

I think this is an issue that should be sent to Visual Components Support. Be sure to save the layout with the option of “Include Components” as seems like some of the components are missing.
