Crane stops storing the products in shelves at 1 hour mark

Everything runs fine but at one hour mark, the crane marked in red stops taking in products from the “From Conveyer” process to store it in the warehouse shelves. The other cranes are working fine. I have checked that all the cranes are identical and all the warehouse shelves are identical. Can’t seem to figure out why.

Please help. I am unable to share the complete file due to confidentiality. But any kind of common solution to this kind of a problem could be very helpful.

Hey…I found that there was an error message at one hour mark. This appears only at the one hour mark and not before it.
