To simulate this process for a part, you could work with the signal positioners, one translationally and the other rotationally. The process node.
Process Node attached to Rotational Axis, Rotational Axis attached to Translational Axis.
Process routine of this process node controls axis by AxisSignal.
The base of the robot is attached to the axis of the Translational Axis component.
