Conveyor getting stuck when the shape of hanger is changer

Hello all,

I have been modeling a conveyor loop where the hanging conveyor creates some number of hangers and they revolve all around in loop. But when is use the hanger that the overhead conveyor creates by default they revolve around in loop quite well. But i need a customer hanger instead of default, but when i use the custom created one they get stuck on the conveyor at a curve.

Can someone please help me with it ?. I have attached the model and image for understanding.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately that doesn’t really helped, because the blockage is occurring way after that process point. I have attached a image pointing where exactly the block is happening.

Could you upload the latest layout? Layout in original post seems different from your description.

Seems like a bug, it get stuck when Length_X == 385.5, for the workaound now, set Length_X = 385.4, will check what’s the root cause.

Not yet, it goes to developer’s side, it will take some time.
