Complex work process logic

Hi,

I am new to Visual components.
I want to model a complex logic using work process.

Here is the logic (graph should be better understand)

I don’t know how to write this three cases at the same work process (#4 & #5)properly.
My current task notes for work process #4 & #5 is attach below, but it won’t work.

I’m not native in English, hope you can understand the question.
