Change/Customize mobile cobot movement

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to customize/change the movement of my cobot that is attached to a mobile robot. Right now, the mobile robot will move to a pick-up location to grab a part, but then the cobot uses a lot of unnecessary movement to pick the part up and put it on the mobile robot its attached to. I want to simplify this movement. Is there a way I can edit the point-to-point or linear motion of my cobot at each point in my flow?

For reference, I am using the LD250 as my mobile robot and a TM12 cobot attached on top of it. I am running VC Premium OLP 4.8.
