Cant pick product from conveyor

I cant seem to pick my product from conveyor and move it to final destination.
I would like the robot close to product cover and then move it to the sink. Can it be done using process or to I have to program the robot?

you need to change the origin of product or customising robot motion or you ca also creat a separate frame inside the part and use they to Pick/Place.
