Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with the Camera Animator and was wondering if anyone has experienced the same behavior or knows how to fix it.
I placed several camera viewpoints around an object. The viewpoints are evenly distributed by rotating counter-clockwise around the object’s Z-axis.
However, when I record the animation, the camera does not move through the viewpoints in the expected.
For example, the camera movement becomes:
View1 → (CCW) View2 → (CCW) View3 → (CCW) View4 → (CW) View5 → (CCW) View6 → (CCW) View7
instead of continuing in the same counter-clockwise direction.
As a result, the camera suddenly reverses its rotation between View4 and View5, causing a noticeable and unnatural flip in the video.
Is there a way to force the Camera Animator to maintain a consistent rotation direction between viewpoints? For example, can it be configured to always rotate clockwise, or is there another recommended workflow to avoid this issue?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
