Annoying behaviour of PnP tool when positioning process node on conveyor

Hi VC community,

I am using VC Premium (Product Version: 4.10.2).

I insert a straight conveyor section and a process node into my layout. Both are standard parts from the eCatalog. When I use the PnP tool to place the process node somewhere along the conveyor, it always snaps to the end of the conveyor section, which is annoying. (Yes, I know I can move the process node with the move tool to were I want it)

When I now move the process node away from the conveyor (clicking it and dragging it off the conveyor) it jumps to a seemingly random point in the layout, which is even more annoying.

Are there any settings to prevent this behavior? Am I doing something wrong? Is this normal?

Hi,

do you have the KukaSim AddOn enabled?

Hello Tilma,

yes, KUKA.Sim AddOn was enbaled. I disabled it, and now the strange behavior is gone.

Is this a known bug, or should I report it?
