AGV did not travel according to the set path

hi.
I am currently facing a very strange problem, such as the path in the picture where the middle channel is completely disconnected. However, during operation, the AGV can directly travel from the left to the right through the “disconnected path”, and there are no errors reported by the VC?
This is my first time encountering this situation, how should I solve this problem?

I set the AreaDetectTolerance property in the Mobile Robot Transport Controller component to 0, but this problem still occurs

The limit text could be the root cause, but this has been fixed, need to check you pathway’s length and width, what is your pathway length and width?

L:1200mm;W:400mm

I don’t quite understand what you mean, but I just tried and it still doesn’t work

The root cause is the limit text, it enlarges the area, will fix it.

Just pushed to 4.10, execute this .exe file to manually update eCat after 30mins

Added new property LimitTextMaxSize, set to 0 if you dont want to have the limit text.

LimitTextMaxSize: Limit the text size so it always fits inside the area; reduce this value when the area is small

Thank you very much. It’s so awesome!!!!!!

I just tested it and the issue I reported has been resolved, but there seems to be another new problem, such as the path in the red circle in the picture not displaying Navigation Mesh. I’m not sure if this is a new issue?

After testing for more than ten minutes, I found a new problem that I don’t know if is related to my previous post. As shown in the picture, the first AGV wanted to enter the yellow box to place products, but stopped in the main channel and didn’t move, so a few seconds later, both AGVs couldn’t pass through

When this problem occurred, I followed the prompts to check the path and confirmed that everything was closed. I tried adjusting the length and width, but it didn’t seem to work. Please advise! Thank you.

Could you upload the layout or send the layout to support system?

Can I send it to you privately?

If there are confidentiality concerns, you can remove unnecessary components and keep only the problematic pathway, or send the layout to support@visualcomponents.com

It has already been sent to this email!

@idkfa Sorry for forgetting to tell you the Ticket ID: 70565

After running for about 50 minutes, two AGVs stopped moving and the VC did not report any errors. The other cars were still running

Hi, I replied your support ticket, but it seems like you did not get the mail, could you check the mailbox?

Okay, I’ll check later. Thank you very much for your reply
