I propose adding a lifter to the conveyor line. For pallet‑box inbound via the stacker crane: when the box enters the working envelope of the lifter, it waits to be lifted, after which the stacker crane picks up the goods. For outbound operations, the lifter defaults to the high position. After the stacker crane places the goods, the lifter lowers, and the conveyor transports the box away.

This takes the standard Inline Process and adds a lifting mechanism around it, meaning before the process the part is lifted up and after Transport Out, it’s lifted back down to the conveyor level.
You can change the LifterStroke to decide how high it goes. Also the lifter blades can be made parametric if needed.
