Hi,
I´ve been having some issues with my Kuka Sim. When I tried to import new geometry an error appear, the error is an unhandled exception 0x88980406 UCEERR_RENDERTHREADFAILURE.
Sometimes I can add a geometry without problems, but I can’t add two or three geometries in the same project because of the error. The file type I used for the geometry is an “IGS”, looks like maybe KUKA SIM doesn’t work really well with that.
I don´t know how can i fix the problem.

Please contact KUKA support. Maybe they can help if you send them some example files.
