You are correct. Offline programming products are their own branch and not included in the Premium which is more of a simulation and virtual commissioning product. There is Premium OLP which would include both.
I donât know what your use case is but with Premium thereâs the option to run UR code in their virtual controller and then connect VC simulation model to that controller using connectivity plugin (Simulate Universal Robots with RTDE Connection | Visual Components Academy). That way you wouldnât have translation issues which are common when moving data from native language to VC. Native robot languages often are âbiggerâ and there are many mechanics that VC programming language does not support and thus it would be impossible to translate (e.g. socket communication commands or background tasks).
If however you have a lot of motion data that you would like to import to VC robot then the pre-processor might be better option but yeah unfortunately we donât have that in this add-on.
