I have been using Visual components premium 4.2 educational license for my thesis project. I am trying to create an articulated robot mode using existing robot templates.But in the newly latest software version I am not able to open robots from models by manufacturer templates but I used Visual Components premium 4.1 before and it worked perfectly. So regarding this, how to solve these problems? is this some kind of bugs from newly latest version of visual components premium 4.2
Check that you are using the latest version of VC, which is currently 4.2.2.
If the problem persists I would recommend contacting VC support.
