Mirror copy

Is there a way to copy the mirror while maintaining the properties of the object?

There is a function to copy of the object in HOME, but that function is pattern(not mirror)
The other function which is similar in MODELING is not allowed to keep link of the object.

I don’t think there is any function that does this.
Only pattern (normal copy) or the mirror feature that can mirror only geometry features but not the component structure.
