I am following this tutorial Basics of Robotics | Visual Components Academy and download attached files to practice. However, when I opened the file “2.BaseAndTool.vcmx” with Visual Components premium 4.10 version, the CAD models in the 3D world did not load correctly, even though I still can find all components in the “Cell Graph” panel. And also in the “View Editor” tool, I still can see the correct layout but not in the 3D world. After that, when I cleared the layout and load another components from the eCatalog, they were not loaded to the 3D world. Then when I closed the software and restarted, it worked normally but the same problem happened when I tried to open the above file again.
So I wonder what could be the problem in this case and how to fix it.
In another hand, when I opened the same file in another PC with the same version of software, there was not any error at all. Therefore, it made me confused about this problem.
