I am new in KUKA.sim, and I’ll appreciate a lot if someone could link me to a user manual/ tutorial.
Ultimately I would like to apply collaboration between two robots.

In Visual Components robot collaboration is rather easy to setup with the Sync statement as demonstrated in the academy tutorial:
