A question about an assembly process

Hi,

a human works on several processes. He prepares parts and places them in a welding system. This system has a turntable and therefore two stations for inserting and removing. My problem is that the processes on the welding system are given higher priority than the others, but the moment the table starts cycling, the human looks for the next process and only then goes back to the turntable to remove the finished parts. The cycle only takes 2 seconds and the human should remove the finished parts first before starting the next processes.

Does anyone has an idea to fix this?

could you reserve the human? then the resource will not go to the next process (if I understand correctly, then this should be avoided?) and human will wait there until the process of 2s is finished.
