    Hi there!

I’m just wondering if its possible to move the mapping of a component? I want a component to appear like it’s moving by moving the bump map on the component.

    Best regards

    Hello

You can do the effect in both API and Python. Python example is included. This is “simple” to do when You have planar texture coordinates, but will become more difficult if You want to e.g. rotate coords runtime.

In this example, we move UV maps V coord over time. after moving, we reset the original coords.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for the answer! It seems like I will need VC Premium to use this feature, since I get the RuntimeError: No license for 3D Topology ?
