Linear motion system moving a robot

Hello! I need to make a linear motion system (LMS) moving a robot. The problem is that robot “doesn’t understand” he’s being moved. So whenever I save and close the programm, his positions are in totally wrong place.
The LMS is working fine.

Say, I want to make a move with LMS first, to relocate the robot. Then to make a move with the robot. And I can’t do the second at all.
How can I do that?

P.S. I’ve cleared almost all sequences and test everything with “check”. Tried different bases, but it didn’t help.
