At the moment a drawing is a snapshot of a layout at a certain time. If I do some changings on the layout, the drawing won’t be updated and it have to be created again. It would be a helpful feature if drawings are updated automatically, when the layout was changed. This is also a typical feature in CAD systems.

Yes, the feature works as you described. As thisis the first implementation of the feature in our system, it was designed so that the user creates the 3D Model first and then it adds the drawings that he needs. Updating the drawings takes about 1-3 click per drawing.
I doubt that his is going to change before to release since there are already some other things in the development pipeline, but I certainly think that this feature can be improved to work as you described in a future release.
